Application and Features:
The slitting machine is applied to slitting the roll materials like various plastic film, paper, cellophane and aluminum foil etc.
The slitting machine holds good performance like PLC touch screen,photoelectricity tracker, automatic rectification system, automatic tension control system, counting while rewinding, presetting length for automatically stopping etc. The whole slitting machine/slitting rewinding machine/sliter adopts micro-computer control and automatic slitting system, with reasonable structure and complete function, operated easily, running smoothly and reliably
1. Vertical structure: both unwinding and rewinding devices equipped at the same side.
2. The base and wallboard: made of cast iron, ensuring stability while the machine is driving at high speed.
3. The unwinding device: common shaft with taper sleeve; roll materials fixed by taper sleeve, suitable for lithe paper core.
4. The unwinding device: auto photoelectric correction system. Photoelectric eye is "Futai" brand from China Taiwan.
5. Both upside and underside unwinding device: adopt air-expansion shaft equipped with pressing roller respectively.
6. Magnetic powder: control the tension of unwinding and rewinding respectively.
7. Slitter edge: high-power blower flies out slitter edge from slitter edge guide at the right side.
8. PLC touch screen,
micro-computer integration control,
counting while rewinding,
presetting length for automatically stopping.
9. All bearing rollers adopt highly hardened aluminum rollers from China Taiwan, static and dynamic equilibrium treated.
